We were staying in Charlotte to find a house to buy and this VRBO was in a great location to look at in-town neighborhoods. Close to downtown and extremely convenient. Everything about it was easy.
This place is awesome. Great location and super clean! We will be back to check out another one of their properties. Truly a pleasurable experience!

We loved our stay. The location was perfect and we could easily walk to several restaurants and the grocery within a mile radius. The porch was perfect for morning coffee and tea and the apartment was wonderfully furnished.

Such an amazing place!!
My husband and I came to Charlotte for a convention and were lucky enough to stay in this home. The location was great and the home was beautifully decorated. Charlie was such a pleasure to work with. We've stayed at a lot of homes that we've found on VRBO and this one is definitely one of our favorites. We hope to have the opportunity to stay in one fo Charlie's homes again!!

Jim's place is wonderful! The place impeccable in every way! It was meticulously clean and had such character. Jim had some great snacks, wine, and even some breakfast foods waiting for us. Home away from home!
I absolutely adored my hosts and the apartment! Jim and James went above and beyond to make sure that I had a comfortable stay during the month I was in Charlotte. The apartment has everything you could possibly need and the eclectic decor fit my personality to a tee. The location is perfect for access to almost anywhere in a half hour or less. I would highly recommend staying there and I can't wait to return to one of their properties.

Every time we visit Charlotte, we always stay in a property managed by The Home Collection. We have stayed in several, and the properties are always beautifully designed, graciously appointed, clean, quiet, comfortable, safe, convenient to everything, and in a beautiful area. This particular property had an amazing sun room, with lots of natural light and a fabulous view of the sunset. Always a wonderful experience!

Excellent Rental
Came for a weekend getaway to visit Charlotte. Within walking distance of a street car and very convenient to explore the city. Fully equipped kitchen with cooking supplies and some ingredients… so welcoming we decided to stay home and cook instead of dining out sometimes. Although we never met Charlie in person he was an amazing host with complimentary surprises at the home. On our next visit to Charlotte, we know exactly where we’re staying!

Old South Refuge
The property is conveniently situated about ten minutes from downtown Charlotte. It is spacious and well appointed, presenting a mix of urban chic with old southern charm. The back, screened-in porch was by far my favorite place. It rained and I was out there for hours, reading and napping. I would recommend the property without hesitation.
