Bad experience. We had to pay to park in hotel garage. The check in staff took forever with only 2 guests in lobby. We bought items from the gift shop and they insisted on us putting charges to room and not allowing cash. The area was fantastic however I would not stay at this hotel again.

The staff was very attentive. The on-site restaurant's service and food were excellent! The only downside to speak of was the dated bathroom, but overall it was a quality stay!

The only reason I gave the property condition category a 3 was because our shower didn’t drain in room 402. Otherwise it was a very nice place and the employees working the desk were always very friendly and greeted us every time we came and left. The one guy gave us recommendations of were to eat because their restaurant wasn’t open yet. We went to the place he recommended and it was great. We would definitely stay there again when visiting our friend who lived in a apartment a block away from the hotel.

Real Hood, Very Ghetto but not fabulous
The staff was AMAZING, everything else BLAH….. Elevators didn’t work, loud music in the upper parking deck like it was the club it was 12:30. Why look for entertainment it was free. Only 1 elevator worked and that was barely. Hair in my shower which is the reason I bring my own cleaning products. I definitely felt like I was staying at a nicer version of the Motel 6 because they left the light on but it definitely wasn’t Hilton quality. I wish I could’ve gotten a refund.

The hotel had a beautiful lobby, although the rooms were a little dated. For the most part the room was clean. Oh and the fresh, warm cookies and water upon checkin were a great touch!
