SAFETY DEVICES: Exterior security cameras present: We have a doorbell security camera at the front door, one at the driveway, one inside the garage, and one overlooking the backyard/patio. These will be on during your stay and are for your safety and ours.
Noise decibel monitor present: There is a noise monitoring device indoors which actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video.
***EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS*** We allow early check-in and late check-out at our unit upon request. This will depend on the property and the cleaner`s availability. We implement an early check-in fee and a late check-out fee.
***Check-Out Time & Late Departure Policy*** Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Host. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour and charged at the top of each hour thereafter (e.g., checking out at 12:10 PM will result in a $100 fee). This fee covers delays with cleaning staff and turnover schedules. Guests are urged to check out on time to avoid any additional fees. **If Guests would like to see if our cleaners are able to accommodate a late check-out, the LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS must be made 24 HOURS in advance.**
We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.
**Please note that as part of the reservation booking process, we ask guests to visit a link to e-sign a rental agreement. In NC, written rental agreements are required to be compliant with the NC Vacation Rental Act. We include them as best practice for our listings in SC. There is also a link to a quick Point of Contact form which is required for Vrbo reservations.
Trust & Safety: *As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate.
The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $3,000 for content and $3,000 for dwelling. The house was easy to find and very convenient for shopping. There were restaurants nearby and lots of choices to Doordash. There was also a grocery store nearby. The house is lovely with four bedrooms. We had a wonderful time. We explored Belmont and Steele Creek in Charlotte.
Stayed here for a quick family get away. It was 7 adults and 1 child and we were all very comfortable in this home. The 2 family areas for watching TV helped. The backyard was was excellent we utilized the grill there for a barbecue. The check in was easy and the host responded quickly to our concern with some issues with the job the cleaning crew did before we arrived. I would stay here again.
We chose this house due to proximity to Camelot Meadows wedding venue. We drive down from PA for a family wedding and we were able to have our immediate family stay with us. We enjoyed sitting out in the screened in porch and ventured down to Lake Wiley, SC. There were grocery stores and restaurants all within a 15 minute drive from the house.
This is a beautiful house in a great place. We stayed here last year and loved it. It is halfway between Belmont and Steele Creek/CharlotteWe will return next year.
Perfect location and property for a group of fisherman with close proximity to the lake. The circle driveway was able to fit 4 trucks and 3 boats. Had no issues at all during our stay.
This home was perfect for our family of 4 adults. We loved hanging out on the screened in porch either reading, playing games or enjoying a meal. Inside was nice too with plenty of seating. The electric fireplace added some cozy ambiance. We slept well at night on comfy beds too. Since it's located halfway between our two adult children's homes in GA and Raleigh, it's quite possible we return next year.
