This home offers an exceptional location in the area, offering effortless access to work and leisure activities within minutes. Its proximity to major roads and highways facilitates convenient travel to uptown Charlotte, CLT airport, The Whitewater center, Mountain Island, and Lake Norman, among other destinations. The property features three comfortable bedrooms, spacious living and dining areas, and a fully equipped kitchen with access to a private rear patio. Athletic fields are minutes away.

Hallway closet that’s locked it’s the furnace/water heater and cleaning supply closet, please do not attempt to open. Side door by dining area is not in use, please use kitchen door to exit back of home.

Nice and cozy as advertised. A little close to the road so there is a little road noise. White noise app covered it for us.

Accommodating property for my family of 6. Plenty of open space for us to spend time together.. House was clean and stocked well enough. A cookie sheet would have been helpful and I would have preferred better T.P. All in all, an enjoyable enough stay that I would recommend.
