The space
This spacious two-story, 2,500 sq ft home is built for groups. Two comfortable living rooms (one on each floor) give everyone space to spread out, and with a full kitchen on each floor, cooking for a crowd is easy. Five bright bedrooms are spread across both floors, each with a smart TV, and the three full bathrooms plus a half bath mean no morning bottlenecks.

★ ROAD NOISE ★
The house sits on a road with higher traffic being close to downtown. Inside it's generally not noticeable, but if you are a very light sleeper or sensitive to noise, please take this into consideration before booking. There's a sidewalk on both sides of the street plus plenty of quiet neighborhood streets for walks.

★ PRE-ARRIVAL GUEST REQUIREMENTS ★
By booking this property, all guests acknowledge and agree to the listing's house rules and booking requirements. We require all guests to sign a rental agreement and verify their ID. A secure link will be provided after the reservation is confirmed to complete this process.

★ NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE ★
This is a non-smoking house, so we kindly ask all our guests to refrain from smoking inside. To keep the home completely smoke-free, we have implemented a $500 fine for anyone who smokes inside.

★ TRAVEL INSURANCE ★
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for unforeseen events beyond our control. To protect your travel plans, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, which can provide coverage in case of unexpected disruptions.

★ PETS ALLOWED ★
We welcome your furry friends. Please let us know if you would like to bring your pets. The pet fee is $150 (non-refundable) for up to 2 pets under 40 lbs.
