Quiet and cozy home away from home, where you can relax with family and friends. Fully furnished with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen supplies for meal preparation. Spend your time outdoors on the front courtyard, wrap around patio or deck. Located in Mint Hill, just 15-20 minutes from Uptown Charlotte, 5 minutes to grocery store, convenience stores, gas station. Pets are welcome. $100 pet fee.

Lovely stay
Lovely property. Clean, well maintained, reasonably spacious, well priced, nice area, good communication with host. Very responsive support, had an issue with the door code on Easter Sunday, messaged support and they fixed it within 2 minutes Could benefit from having at least one either ceiling fan or portable fan, AC can be a little slow to change the temperature

House was just as pictured, bedrooms were comfy and porch was great for sipping coffee! Unfortunately it rained while we were there, so we didn’t get to enjoy the cute front fire pit.

What a great choice! We stayed for the weekend and had a wonderful experience! Everything was clean and very comfortable. And the host even allowed us to get a late checkout. He was quick to reply and very accommodating. The bed was cozy and the towels and things were on the luxury hotel status. There was plenty of cookware for making breakfast and dinner, and the back deck was a great place to relax in the quiet little Charlotte neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Value
We enjoyed our stay at this property, it worked well for our group of 6. Sweiemy was quick to respond to our messages, and promptly tended to any needs that we had during the stay. The beds were comfortable, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. The house was hot upon our arrival, and it took a long time for the upstairs to cool, which led to difficulties sleeping on a hot July night. We purchased fans, which were absolutely necessary to sleep that first night, and ended up returning them at the end of the stay. The A/C did end up catching up, but it would have been much better to arrive to a cool and comfortable house, after a 2 day road trip. I have no other complaints, and would definitely stay there again.

This was a great place to stay
We had a great stay at Fig Tree Manor. The property is just as described. Very updated and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable with super nice linens. They provided everything we needed and more. The check in process was super easy and the home was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!
