Cozy Cottage has everything you and your family need for a relaxing getaway, featuring a renovated 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house on a private 0.8 acre wooded lot with a 180 ft. waterfront and a spectacular panoramic view of the cove and lake. It has a well stocked kitchen, dishwasher, washer & dryer, 3 cable flat screen TVs, and Wi Fi internet access. There is a spacious living area and an enclosed porch and a large deck with a gas grill and an extra propane tank.
It also features a fire pit,
a picnic table, a sand beach, 3 kayaks, an excellent swimming area and a great cove for water skiing, tubing, sailing, boating, and fishing.

Great Quiet Getaway

We had such a relaxing and quiet time at this home. It was a beautiful setting and cozy inside. I enjoyed waking up to the water views and sitting by the dock. Will definitely stay again.

Fantastic lake house

Loved this spot. Stopped in for a night on my way up north. Fantastic location and accommodation. Wouldn't hesitate to return. Wish I had stayed longer.

Overall, the stay was excellent. Kitchen and linens were well stocked. Secluded location was a giant plus. Plenty of room for kids to play and run.

Great Holiday Get Away

Six of us plus two large dogs had a great stay. House had everything you would need to cook a family dinner and relax. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms- it was perfect!

Great Place to stay

We had a great time staying with friends at the cute and cozy cottage. We had a small boat that we docked right on the site. The guys were able to catch fish and we cooked them up.

Nice location.

We had a great time and felt the location was private. We were appreciative that it was affordable and 2 dogs were allowed! Good spot to fish and paddle board. Dogs had a blast too.

Great stay

Amazing View of Lake Norman

Very good communication between the owner and us prior to our stay about an issue of the roads, he accommodated us and was very informative. House was clean and comfortable. Our dogs loved playing in the lake and the view was beautiful to wake up to. Would definitely recommend staying here if you want access to the water and a relaxing setting.

Great Secluded Hideaway!

My family and I celebrated our Dad’s 60th birthday at the cottage and it was perfect for the 4 of us. We brought our fishing boat and the boat ramp is so nice and perfectly located. If you’re wanting to get away and have a cove to yourself this is the place for you! We had such a wonderful time and we will be back soon!

The perfect Getaway

We love Cozy Cottage! It is perfect for my husband, myself, and our 2 dogs. The cottage has everything you need. We love that the property has a great deck with a view of the lake, a dock for fishing and it's own boat ramp! This was our third stay and it did not disappoint. We will be back!

Peace and Quiet

What a wonderful time my wife and I had with our Lab Maximus. Between relaxing on the porch to renting a Pontoon, we managed to just get away for a week of rest and recharge. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Maximus really enjoyed the Lake Life.

Beautiful spot on Lake Norman

We had a wonderful family weekend at Lake Norman. One person in our group needed a house with easy access and no steps/stairs between the driveway and the house. This home fit our accessibility needs perfectly, and the location was beautiful.

Cozy, beautiful setting.

Although one bathroom is a bit dated, everything else is fine (not fancy). The weather didn’t cooperate for us to enjoy the outdoors much but for anyone wanting a quiet, water frontage property w kayaks and a dock…this is perfect.

Wonderful week!

We only live 1.5 hr away but wanted to stay on the lake with a ramp and deck. We had a little challenge in turning the truck/boat trailer but was able to launch easily. We traveled with our dog who thoroughly enjoyed playing on the beach. It was nice to have a great vacation where we could use our own boat and bring the pooch! And it didn’t require several hours of driving!

Last minute trip to visit friends

We booked the cottage for a last min. trip to visit friends. The booking was fast and easy. The cottage was in a great location, had fun outdoor toys and was very cozy. There was a hiccup with the place being ready when we arrived but the mgmt. co. called us immediately and sent several crews out within the hour to rectify the situation. We were able to bring our dog Boo and enjoyed a comfortable and relaxing weekend away. We will be back.

BEST LOCATION

If you are looking for a place that’s right on the lake, BEST VIEWS, and easy access to everything THIS IS THE PLACE! This place was so perfect for my family; especially with my mom not being able to walk very well and my brother being in a wheelchair. This place was right on the lake so getting by both my mom and brother to the water was so easy. Do not let the house fool you, yes it is on the older side but the location is where it’s at! The house has plenty of space and more than enough to enjoy your stay and it’s so homey and comfortable. This was an amazing trip and I know it wouldn’t have been so perfect without a great location and host!

Clean and quiet getaway

This was a great place to stay for a fishing trip. Clean and quiet. Most comfortable bed I’ve slept in for a while! Only downside was the very tight turn around for a truck and boat trailer. Neighbors not neighborly when it came to their driveway for turning around. But there was a location close to get it done. Overall I would definitely recommend. Great for vacation or weekend getaway on the water.
