* Central location to all that Charlotte has to offer.

* 8 min to Noda, 12 min to Plaza Midwood, 15 min to Uptown & UNCC, 20-25 min to CLT Airport and South End.

*Fire-pit, hammock, and outdoor dining for a quiet time outdoors.

* King-size bed in master and a queen-sized bed in the secondary room with full sized closets.

* Up to 5 guests can stay, but the 5th guest would be a couch surfer. We have a full-sized couch with extra blankets. The couch does not pull out.

* Fully equipped kitchen.

* Ample parking next to home and cul-de-sac parking.

* Large backyard patio with fire-pit, hammock, and outdoor dining with string lights. We do not provide firewood.

* Work from home friendly with high-speed internet.
