I was disappointed with my recent stay, which did not justify the cost. Upon arrival, I encountered several issues including a non-functional air conditioner and television in my room. Despite multiple requests, the hotel staff displayed a lack of concern and it took three attempts before I was relocated to another room. Additionally, the hotel’s location in the midst of a construction zone resulted in incessant noise from early morning until evening, severely disrupting my stay.
Parking was another major inconvenience as the hotel’s garage was consistently full, forcing guests to seek alternative parking which is inconveniently reserved for Barclay apartment residents. Although the property hosts one restaurant, options are limited unless you are prepared to drive elsewhere.
The customer service was particularly disappointing; staff members often seemed indifferent and unresponsive to greetings or requests for assistance. This lack of hospitality significantly impacted the overall experience.
