Everything was fantastic. There were nice touches throughout the house that made it very comfortable. The house was spotless and very nice. Thanks for a great stay!
I really enjoyed my stay everything was just like the picture and the house was nice and clean and beautiful. I will definitely will be back to stay soon....
The house was super cool and the shuffleboard was our favorite! We had a great time. The house was clean and spacious. The area is a little questionable but we didn’t have any issues. It is very close to the highway which was a huge plus as we were there for NASCAR! We would definitely stay there again!
This is my second time staying here and once again exceeds my expectations. The home is very beautiful and clean. I will definitely be renting again in the future.
The house is so cozy and cute, the owners have really put a lot of work into making the property so lovely! The house was very clean and we appreciated having a stocked coffee machine and laundry facilities. It’s not in an area where you can walk to much of anything but easy drive to the airport and downtown. Thank you for having us
Kim was a great host. She replied immediately to a few questions we had. The house was clean and comfortable. It was extremely helpful not to have to remove sheets …before leaving as we had an early morning flight out!
My teenager wanted to stay forever and honestly I could have too! Facing a beautiful park and just off two different interstate/highway exits it was perfect. 15 uber ride to see Tyler the Creator at the Spectrum Center was well worth it! The place is worth the for the shuffleboard table alone. But the wallpapers are what we really loved, absolutely beautifully designed!
Great indoor space for dining and recreation.Top shelf electronics and appliances. Modern furnishings and well thought out use of space. Sketchy neighborhood with lots o vehicles.
The property was great! Easy entry, really great decor, fully stocked Keurig machine, nice towels and sheets, very clean. I loved the downstairs half bath decor. I enjoyed having coffee at small table on the back porch. Pretty close to the things my family did in Charlotte - Charlotte FC soccer game at the Bank of America stadium, Big Air trampoline park, Whitewater Center. Large TVs in every room. We will definitely choose it again for future Charlotte stays.
We loved the house. It was fantastic. Very clean and well maintained. I would definitely have given it 5 stars were it not for the neighborhood. The neighbors leave a lot to be desired. Lots of people sitting outside everywhere at all hours. No one bothered us but just felt sketchy.
The pictures do not do this house any justice at all! It was so very beautiful in person. It was perfect for our family trip to Charlotte. The kitchen was well equipped. The bedrooms were perfect. There were plenty of towels! We weren’t far from
Uptown. We felt at home here. Kim was very responsive and accommodating. I will definitely book this house again if I needed to.
The house was amazing. We were in town for a soccer game and just needed a place to stay for a couple of nights. The listing is exactly as it shows. Beds were comfy and the house was stocked! Only downfall is the location. We knew based on previous reviews what to expect. We did opt to stay inside when at the home and did not utilize the outdoor area. We were not jome a tom for that to be an issue for us. Overall this home was fabulous and the host was very responsive
We had a small and chill bachelor party here and it truly was the perfect spot for a group! The house is so new and modern, the shuffleboard table is such a fun and niche game, and plenty of space for several people.
We played a TON of shuffleboard and I want one for my home now haha, it's such a cool idea!
The location is a bit unique, it's on a disc golf course (great for our group and the course is really solid) but the neighbors all walk through the driveway and backyard at any given time which was a bit odd. Everyone is friendly just a little unexpected that no one valued property lines or anything.
Other than that, perfect home. Would definitely stay here again!
So I’ve never been to Charlotte before and very unfamiliar with the neighborhoods. I booked this home because of the pictures and its proximity to my sister’s house. I will say that the owner is very responsive and was a joy to communicate with from beginning to end. The home is true to the pictures. Very chic, clean and stylish home. Good size for 3-4 people to stay comfortably. We enjoyed our time in the home for our 3 night stay. The one thing that was a minor concern was the general neighborhood. The actual street the home is on is perfectly fine. Neat, clean homes with nicely manicured lawns. Wooded areas in front and behind the homes creates a nice sense of seclusion. Just around the corner are a few motels and fast food restaurants. We never felt unsafe. However my locally based family tells me that the area, Sugar Creek, is a known hot spot for unsavory activities. We never saw any of that, but then again we did not explore the neighborhood. The good news is that the home is literally 1 mile off the I-85 exit. So if you don’t mind a somewhat sketchy area (again, we never felt unsafe at all), I would recommend this home and Kim is a great host.
Great place, very clean, well equipped and close to downtown Charlotte! Host was easy to communicate with! Everyone loved the v shuffleboard table! Would definitely stay there again!
We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and had a great space for family time.

Liked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness
The home is nice but was very dirty and we didn't care for the location, very loud and strange people walking around. The host was Fast at getting back to me with my questions.
Very clean and updated. The location was within 30 minutes of sporting events: NASCAR and a football game. Pet-friendly with a park across the street to walk the pup. The property owner's response was excellent.
We enjoyed our stay here! It was clean, comfortable, and no issues. The owner was very easy to work with and always messaged back right away when we had any questions. Neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were nice and friendly. The shuffleboard table was a nice bonus for us too!
