We definetly enjoyed our stay here they have a Meijer close by as well for convenience in case you forgot to bring something you can walk and go get it if needed.

The people there matter. Tremendous team may not be the best accommodations. Older facilities. But very clean comfortable and most friendly staff of anywhere I have ever been. I will always stay there if I have to be in that area

I stay here often. 5 or 6 times so far this fall. This time I was in room 116. I’d request not to stay in this room, it shares a wall with the breakfast nook so unless you want to wake up to the sound of cupboards and drawers opening and closing at 5:00 AM, request another room. I was too lazy to request a different room as I didn’t want to pack everything up. Otherwise stay was good as usual!

We was put in one room the door lock didnt work. So they hadto downgrade our room. We was not compes for the downgrDe to a cheaPer room. We had a king bed with a sleeper sofa and was moved to 2 double beds.

We checked in late, Staff was very helpful. fairly clean. Some minor repairs needed in the room. My biggest problem is when we were woke up at 2 am by someone kicking the door in to the room next to mine. The couple was arguing about child custody.

Great place to stay
Great place to stay when in the Charlotte area. Staff is friendly, room is clean and the price is right. I’ve stayed at the other hotels in the area and for the price I paid, wasn’t satisfied. I stay here often!

This was my second time staying here, very pleased again with my stay. The staff is so kind and helpful. any time I will be staying in this area, this is the place I will choose. I have stayed at other places in this area and they are not nearly as nice and affordable as this one.

The staff set the welcoming tone of this hotel. The lobby and snack/breakfast area is limited. The hallways and stairwell show the age and wear. The rooms are updated with newer carpet and paint. The rooms are clean and the heat/air conditioning units work well for a comfortable sleep.

Employees were nice and helpful. I didn't know there was no elevator when I booked the room or I would have requested a first floor room. I manage stairs OK, I just took a few things at a time. I feel a staff member might have helped if I had asked, but I didn't ask. I would stay there again.

When I entered the room the ac was set at 60 degrees. It was freezing! There were crumbs on the floor between the desk and the credenza. Room was comfortable for sleeping. Breakfast was a little disappointing, waffles, fruit, juice, cereal bagels, toast and coffee/tea. I prefer peanut butter on my waffles to increase protein, I did not see any.

It was a nice room for the money. Clean and quiet. We were there for a golf outing. The only thing that was a negative, is the smell of pot that often was flowing thru the up stairs. Seamed like there was some people that may have been living there that had no respect for others and the property itself. Definitely would stay again, when in the area. Great fresh coffee and a continental breakfast that hit the spot.
