I really hate to leave this review because Ive never had an issue with Aloft. However, room 208 had a horrible smell of sewage and I even saw a roach in my bathroom. But the staff was super accommodating and courteous.

Close to the airport and restaurants. Very clean hotel and friendly staff. Only issue we had was with the smart refrigerator it wasn’t working and wasn’t fixed while there but overall it was a great stay!

Liked the comfort of bed, outside environment, parking and staff. Thought the rug in room looked dingy/dirty looking did not like the need to shut the light switch off in places for the entire room. Like having ability to just have light on beside bed until later before retiring but switches by door isn’t justified. Also didn’t like hallway not well lit up. Very dark and drab.

This is my second ALoft hotel I have stayed with and it was also a 10/10 experience. Staff is always helpful and looking to assit in whatever way. I had speedy check in and a clean room. I was provided reassurance when I thought I'd be in trouble about forgetting to display the parking note the front desk advised me to do before midnight. Bryan the bartender was helpful about what type of wine I might like and what he suggested was spot on. All in all it was a great experience. Will rebook in the future.
