Spectacular one story, 3 bedroom house with everything you could need, located in a quiet neighborhood, with walking trails, pond, and tennis courts. You are minutes from the expressway as well as all the Ballantyne shopping and restaurants. You really are a $5 Uber ride to everything. My number one goal is to make sure that you can have the best possible stay you can have!

Fully fenced in backyard - Pets are Welcomed! ($50 fee per pet per stay)

Take a dip in our 2-foot deep soaking pool—perfect for a refreshing splash on hot days or an ice bath if you're feeling brave! It's open year-round for whenever the mood strikes. **Please cover when not in use for safety. Parents are responsible for supervising children at all times around the pool.**

-3 minutes to Ballantyne
-5 minutes to Pineville
-15 minutes to Carowinds Amusement Park
-15 minutes to Premium Outlet Mall
-25 minutes to Uptown Charlotte (home of the Carolina Panthers and the Charlotte Hornets)
-Driveable Day Trips: Asheville (2hrs), Myrtle Beach (3.5hrs), Wilmington Beach (3hrs), Charleston (3hrs)

Area:
The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. You would feel 100% comfortable going for a walk. There are also walking trails and a pond that you can fish in or just sit on a bench and enjoy the view.

Getting around:
You have a driveway so you don't have to deal with the hassle of finding parking. You can drive anywhere or spend $5 - 10 for an Uber ride. 5 minutes up the road is the light rail you can take to Uptown Charlotte, Carolina Panthers BOA Stadium, or Charlotte Hornets Spectrum Arena.

My goal is that you have the perfect stay and I will do everything possible that you enjoy your stay. Ask for any recommendations! I don't want you just to love your stay at my house, but also love your stay in Charlotte!

I am only there when needed. You will get a code to get into the house, so you can get in and settle as soon as you arrive. If you prefer, we never need to meet. However, if you need any additional assistance, Myself, and my co-host, we both live minutes away from the property so please feel free to reach out to us.

Great place and location

We had a great stay with everything we needed and more. We brought 2 sweet dogs who settled right in and felt at home. So thankful for the comfy beds, fenced yard, and all the little welcome treats! Lovely quiet neighborhood, too!

Great location

Nicely furnished and very clean. In the heart of Ballantine, so close to restaurants and shopping. Cute neighborhood suitable for a long walks with our Lhasa Poo. Hosts left a welcome gift of fresh baked goods from a nearby bakery (Sunflour Baking Co). They paid attention to the big and little things.

Weekend in Charlotte

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and cozy for married couple with teenager and two golden doodles. Ample parking and fenced backyard. Great communication with owner and no issues checking in. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic property there was only three of us but plenty of space even if all beds were taken, the property was well equipped and good location with shopping malls, places to eat and mini golf all within 15 mins. Contact with the owners was also great helping with views on places to visit before arrival and during the stay. Would definitely recommend

Weekend in CLT

This home had all the necessities covered. Location was easy to get to what we needed. We were in town for a wedding shower in Myers Park. The highway access is close. Very clean place, perfect and comfortable for the 4 of us.

Great Stay!

We were in CLT for a wedding and preferred staying all together vs separate hotel rooms. This house was perfect! The decor, furnishings and bedding were excellent. The overall cleanliness of the house was great. Kitchen is well stocked for any cooking needs. Very quiet neighborhood and super close to the Ballyntine area and all amenities in that area.

Summer 2024 Charlotte

This house is conveniently located just outside the city. We were able to do everything we wanted to in just a short drive. We went to the Nascar hall of fame,Hendricks Motorsports, Charlotte Motor speedway, and Carowinds. The house was clean and well maintained the owners we very responsive if need. Over all we all enjoyed our stay

Perfect

House has new recliner sofas that were so comfortable. Loved the soaking tub and the backyard. Kitchen was well stocked and we had coffee for each day plus water bottles and snacks. We absolutely loved the house and neighborhood. We walked to the park several times, it's safe and neighborhood is friendly. Owners were great and went above and beyond.

So comfortable—Feels like home

We stayed here for 3 weeks and found lots to do in the area. Close to greenways for running, nature walks, biking, etc. Many local craft breweries, restaurants, and antique shops to explore. Close to all that Charlotte has to offer. Neighbors were very nice and congenial. House layout was great: Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with two other bedrooms having a shared bath. Computer workspace in one bedroom was greatly appreciated. Good-sized kitchen with keurig coffee maker, and virtually everything you need for home cooked meals. Fully fenced in backyard for our small dog was a plus, although the lawn could have been better.

Fantastic stay here. Came into town to do wedding dress shopping with my daughter, family and friends. Everything about our stay here was perfect. Location, space, cleanliness and most of all, the owners. Rob and Heather are truly amazing hosts and people. We had a small situation that’s turned out to be nothing but they addressed it immediately and left us a special something to apologize for any inconvenience. Would definitely recommend this place. We will be back!

The pictures do not do this home justice. We were very pleasantly surprised with how warm and welcoming this home made us feel. Close to lots of restaurants and things to do. And the owners were very easy to deal with.

Love this place!

Everything about this house was perfect! It was spotless, has wonderful beds and linens, a fully stocked kitchen, amazing living room and more. The back yard is delightful with a table propane fireplace and a plunge pool. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it.
