New Construction in Desirable Biddle Heights! Only 3 miles to Bank of America stadium and uptown. Walking distance to the Light Rail. Home features an open floor plan, kitchen with a Marble island, plenty of cabinet space and SS appliances. Three bedrooms with a spacious loft that has 2 queen beds. One huge feature is a two car garage which are somewhat rare in the uptown area! Beautiful home and ready for night out in the town. Backyard is fully fenced in with white Vinyl privacy fence. 3 miles from popular areas including Uptown, Plaza Midwood, and Southpark.
