"Thin walls and floors, you can hear everything going on above you and next door. Ac/heat unit fan is very loud. Towels are low quality and scratchy. Bring your own pillow, hotels are squishy, if you need firm pillow. All conditions above cuase zero sleep night, would not stay there again."

"Breakfast off the menu at 11 Waters was fantastic. Beautiful, vintage, fully restored hotel. We did not attempt the 20 minute walk to campus but it was a 5 minute drive away from the University. This was the nicest hotel we have stayed in Syracuse so far. "

Breakfast can have some improvement : omelets were cold and stale, hot water thermos has cold water, otherwise standard Comfort Inn breakfast. Overall great place to stay overnight due to close proximity to fairgrounds but overpriced for the value you get."
