This immaculately maintained large family home features numerous amenities, including a fenced in back yard, large deck with grill, wireless internet, large eat-in kitchen plus separate dining room, garage, smart TVs and new updates throughout. Walk or ride bikes to Depot Beach, Lake Michigan, and downtown, enjoying everything Charlevoix has to offer. This house can easily accommodate multiple families or guests with a master bedroom and bath; two upstairs bedrooms with a bathroom; and a downstairs bedroom, living room, and full bath. There is also a separate office for people that may need to continue working remotely; full kitchen; living room; and dining room. This home was recently purchased by a Charlevoix native to be able to spend more time with family. Feel free to reach out with question in lieu of current reviews. Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
