Enjoy this 1bedroom, 1bathroom with waterfront views. Our bedroom features a king bed adjacent to the full bathroom with a jetted tub, and offers a queen size sofa sleeper for additional guests.
The open concept living space, entails a full kitchen with an oven and dishwasher. Bar seating is available off of the kitchen, with a dining table near the walkout patio. The living room has seating for up to 5 guests.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 47 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Great place to stay

My husband and I had an amazing time. The view from the condo was breathtaking. There is plenty of shopping great restaurants you couldn’t pick a better location.The Condo was extremely clean and has easy access to everything around town. My husband and I will definitely come back and we felt the price was good.

Reviewer Comments: We had a nice time but for the next visitor’s there needs to be a lamp in the living room and the chairs outside on the patio were very dirty and we were unable to use them. The bushes surrounding the patio should be cut back as well to enjoy sitting out there. We also had an issue with ants coming in the sliding door. We told the maid one day and also reported it to the front desk when we checked out. Also, the pool area could use some attention. And the hot tub was broken.

However, a lack of front desk support, a lack of advertised supplies (a sheet for the pull out couch mattress; coffee; soap; dishwasher soap; pool towels) and a lack of cleanliness and upkeep (dirty sink; unemptied trash can in bedroom; broken chair on porch; dirty table; dirty carpet; a lack of concern or accommodation for a power outage when we arrived) made this stay less than desirable and frustrating, given both the price point and past experiences that were enjoyable at this property.
