The staff - very warm welcome from all The elevator was good, the room was comfortable, the bed was a king and comfortable. Breakfast was very good as was dinner. It is a spacious building with a lot of light and lots of parking. We had some issues in our bathroom, hence the lower rating re maintenance.

Great stay!

Welcoming, comfortable and spacious. Easy parking. 'Restaurant' is more of a bar/restaurant. In a great location. We would definitely go back.

Great staff, from "Snow"'s welcome to Clodagh's farewell we felt valued and cared for - special. The hotel is well appointed, and well positioned for tours of Cork, Kerry and the Midlands. Good food. Comfortable. We'd definitely stay again, which is the best review, surely?

Comfortable, clean and all that was required. The room looked worn and a bit cheap for the nightly rate. The breakfast and the parking were good. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night; this was not fun. Second time on our trip, too.
