This Ward Watson Mansion carriage house boasts 1 inviting bedroom with a queen bed and balcony. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer, towels, amenities kit, and shower. In addition, there is a cozy living room with a queen murphy bed for extra sleeping space. Guests can enjoy the nice and wonderful amenities like AC, iron, washing machine, heating, WiFi, equipped kitchen, an outdoor space with grill, and more. This is the second floor of the carriage house with a private entrance and yard. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house.

Clean, quiet, good location

The property was clean and quiet. Great location in a nice residential neighborhood. Very close to Charlestown State Park where we did some hiking.

Weekend stay for Louisville activities.

We enjoyed the spacious rooms, quick access to local restaurants and how well equipped the space was. Our host Tiffinie was super responsive and helpful. The entry stairs were a little challenging after a full day of exploring but manageable. The apartment was located on a historical block with cool old houses Next-door. Overall a really terrific stay!

Inexpensive property close to Louisville, KY

Enjoyed the clean well stocked Cottage House 25 minutes from Louisville, Ky. Easy drive there. one small suggestion to have benches or folding cots to rest suitcases on. Nice area. Description to find it could be better especially in the night. It is left of a large old mansion with a 15 space ,or so, parking lot in front of it

The place was very clean. The mattress was squeaky and soft so we kept rolling to the middle. A piece of tape could be put over the super bright flashing light on the sensor above the bed but the location was great and the host was fantastic.

1894 and back

Long weekend away from home. Dinner at 1894 Lodge then overnight at the carriage house. Walked to breakfast at the Copper Kettle then the rest of the way to Madison.
