"Sheets are very thin. Not a real comforter. Small pillows. Parking is awful, and if you stay, utilize the valet. Hotel was very clean, and was nice, but the ice machine will wake you up if your room is near it. There are plenty of things to do at the hotel. It would possibly be nice for a business trip, but not for a romantic weekend away when you have a car."

"You can't speak to hotel staff when you call the number on the site. The Expedia site & hotels records will not match. The hotel assured us someone would be there after 2am to check us in when we finally got ahold of someone to discuss late check-in with them. We arrived at 2:15-2:30am & walked in to a homeless gentleman sleeping on the luggage racks smelling of weed and could not get in the door or get anyone on the phone. After several minutes in a terrible situation with our kids we finally found a doorbell behind the luggage racks and someone came from the back of the lobby to let us in. The same gentleman was frequently found sleeping in the parking lot with several other people who asked for money when you left the hotel. The hotel was nice but definitely was not in a safe location, or we did not feel safe at least. We will not be staying here again for that reason. "

Y las muchachas de la limpieza estaban hablando mucho y se escuchaba todo , y faltaban dos horas para entregar la habitación, y una de ellas llegó a tocar la puerta que ya quería limpiar la habitación, me pareció un poco feo yo entiendo que es su trabajo, pero uno paga de 4:00 pm a 11:00 am , por lo demás todo bien."
