This 3 bedroom 3 bath townhouse is overlooking the Folly river for some of the best sunsets in the Charleston area! The unit is only 2 doors down from the pool and dock access so you have the convent location without the noise. The dock features a large pier head as well as a large floating dock. The pool also looks over the beautiful marsh and Folly River. It is a short walk to the beach as well as Restaurants and shopping. There is a garage as well as a carport just outside the garage which will fit 2 cars. ****Contact owner about off season monthly rate****

The location is great and the property is great to with the dock and marina area. Close to everything in town and the beach. Rooms need a bit of updating but clean. Cool place.

Great location really near the beach and restaurants. The house was as described on the website, and nicer than the photos make it look. Very comfortable and easy, with lovely views over the river and access onto the fishing jetty. Pool is good too.

Location is great, 10 minute walk to restaurants and beach which is great, but the condo really needs to be cleaned the carpet was so dirty with stains everywhere and the furniture that was in living room needs cleaned or replaced, with that being said the beds were clean and very comfortable and condo was very spacious.

Nice unit with a good view of the waterway. We had 3 couples and 3 baths was a plus. Kitchen was lacking in utensils ie pots, pans, cups etc. Luckily we brought a big pot for our low country boil.

Short winter stay

This property is as described. It is in easy walking distance from Center street and has really nice views of the marsh and river. The master bedroom was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. TV could acess many channels for more dreary nights when we didnt go out. That being said, the rest of the furniture is "nothing special" and some of it is worn. There are enough bath soaps, etc for 1 day, so bring more if you are staying for longer as items like that are sparse.

Great Location

We have rented other units in this complex in this past. This particular unit was not nearly as nice/up to date or well appointed as the others, though the cost was the same. There are some much needed updates. It rained a lot while we were there and water was pouring into the screened porch due to some poor/old caulking. The master bathroom sink did not drain very well (also noted in a previous review). The kitchen is lacking in cookware, etc. and overall the furnishings need an update-the table and chairs shown in the picture on the porch do not exist. One major necessity that is missing is a hose for the outdoor faucet, making it impossible to clean sand off of anything (or person). The location is great, though, which is why we rented it. The views are outstanding as well. With a little TLC, it could be 5 star all around.

Overall, Stacy's place was very nice. The house was perfect for a few couples looking to get away for the weekend. Having three separate bedrooms and baths was perfect. The townhouse was very clean and within walking distance of Center Street with all that Folly Beach has to offer. Day trips to Charleston are only 30 minutes by car. I would highly recommend Stacy's place.

Phenomenal vacation spot!

We had a wonderful time here. Communication was great with our host. We loved the location, we walked to town and the beach every day, enjoyed sunsets from the dock and the kids loved the pool. The screened porch was fantastic for early morning coffee and evenings as qell. We will for sure be back.
