I booked tru Expedia for two nights because the pictures posted online seems okay but when you get to the area. The outside premises is dirty, trashy and needs repair and gives you a feeling of uneasiness and unsafe place to stay. No refund policy but since I paid almost $10 for the insurance on that booking my credit card wasn’t charge $183 for the two nights that I didn’t use.

I do not appreciate that they copied my credit card info. As in made a copy with my drivers license on the same page with all numbers exp date and ccv code. I asked to take the copy with me but who knows if they had more copies. I immediately turned my card off and will be ordering a replacement after this trip. My husband barricaded the door because it seemed to have prostitution activity as well as drug activity going on around the property. We booked it because it was cheap, so if that’s all you care about by all means book it. But if you want safety and cleanliness don’t choose here.

The place was filthy. The floor was so nasty that walking a few steps from the shower to the bed made the bottoms of my feet pitch black with grime. The bed sheets had burn marks and holes. The water heater is in desperate need of maintenance— the water gets hot enough to cause actual burns after running for a few seconds. There was mold above the shower head, in the ceiling. The lamp above rhe sink was not secured properly (I could spin it like a propeller.) The AC worked but was loud and sounded like it was dying. Only food options available are the vending machines. Bugs kept getting into the room. Lamp beside bed had bulb but didn't work. One single power outlet I could get to that wasn't at the sink. Cleaning staff didn't knock and would have barged in on me changing my clothes if it wasn't for the metal door later lock thing.

It was filthy. I will never stay at that ace again. Extremely bad neighborhood, drug addicts sleeping in the stairway, trash piled up in the corner, bathtub was disgusting, no amenities whatsoever. Bad bad experience

One bad experience

The area is bad to start with and the rooms smelt bad sheets was dingy covers had burn holes , paint was peeling off the walls and the shower was rigged u either get hot hot water or cold cold water the tub had burn marks on the siding and the lights by the sink was not working and to top it off there infested with roaches I wanted a refund but they wouldn't give it to me they either need to shut it down or renovations need to be done and prices should be from $30 a night to $50 a night for there best rooms
