The place was very clean and staff was friendly. Robert Pineda who greets you with a smile at the front desk was an exceptional host. Anything my husband and I asked about the hotel or area was answered with a warm kind smile. In today’s world you can’t always find that.

The staff is very nice and helpful (especially Robert). The lobby is very clean, breakfast is not bad. The sleeping rooms, hallways, stairs are dreadfully in need of a deep clean, repair/replacement. No elevator (no warning), ice machine doesn't work, no stopper for the bathtub - just a bit disappointing compared to the photos.
