Well kept property overlooking the ocean and close to lots of entertainment nearby. Yet very quiet in the condo itself. Ile of Palms is a gorgeous area. Loved every minute! A truly unique experience. We will be back!
First time renting in IOP. We picked the right condo and location. Easy to get in and out of but plenty to do right out your door. Beach was 100 feet away. Incredible sunrise views. Condo is complete with everything you’ll need. We will be back!
Everything was as advertised. Arrived to find a clean condo with welcome music playing. Great access to the beach, and the pool was a added touch for our children. Received courtesy text throughout the week to ensure everything was ok. Will definitely stay again! Thanks for a great vacation!

Great location
2024 was our fourth year spending January in IOP. We love the Oceanview location on the beach. There's a dozen restaurants within walking distance. From the balcony you can watch the shipping traffic going in and out of Charleston. The attractions of downtown Charleston are only a 30-minute drive away.
My family and I had a great trip at this condo. It is conveniently located near plenty of restaurants, a grocery store and is about 20 minutes from Charleston. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It has direct access to the beach which was very convenient. I was really happy that they are pet friendly as most of the condos that we have stayed at in the area were not so this was a big plus! I would definately reccomend staying here!
Clean--well-equipped for our stay--comfortable--and great deck for afternoon coffee--easy walk to the beach and great views--also easy drive into Charleston--really enjoyed this small (6 units) condo building--good parking, too--good communication with property manager 🤗
We stayed at this location to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. The location was perfect— walked to everything. We were able to spend time on the beach for 2 of our days because the weather was great! The icing on the cake was being able to bring our fur baby. We plan to return to this location next year! This lovely property was just as advertised. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for the few times we dined in. Great restaurants (looking at you, Acme) are within walking distance. I think we were most impressed with the availability of management to answer any question we had. Their responses were swift and so helpful. Overall, this was a wonderful property in which to stay and enjoy a beach vacation!
This condo was perfect in every way. We loved how the location allowed us to walk to restaurants and the grocery store. The condo is beautiful and spacious. The best part is the large covered porch where we ate all of our meals. We loved being able to have our gog with us. The beach had set hours where the dogs could play off leash and ours made lots of friends.

This condo is in the heart of Ocean Blvd main area. Oceanfront view was an outstanding feature. However, we were unable to have Wi-Fi access even though advertised. Something they need to look into.
Oceanfront location is great. Parking is easy and unit and neighborhood is very accommodating to pets. Overall, the place is nice and has a great porch for beach and ocean views. There were a few areas for improvement:Access to the unit was an issue. Could not always get in using the assigned code. This persisted even after “fixed” by management.Second bathroom needed towel racks.Some dishes and utensils were not clean. (Looks like items were put away before wash cycle completed).The basket in third bedroom closet had used Kleenex and a clump of hair in it, so we did not use this for our sheets and towels. These issues were minor. Overall, this is a nice place to stay
