Everything was as pictured.. beach close. My only issue was the odor from the wash machine. We did let them so hopefully all was well after we left. Communication was great w rental agency.

Nicely decorated, excellent appliances and all 3 TVs were high quality smart TVs. Very comfy beds and spacious living room. Beautiful views from the back porches. Short walk to the beach and the wild dunes community is very well cared for and safe. Great value for the price.

What a Great Location

First the 22 Lagoon Villa is gorgeous. Everything you need is there. The owners answered all my questions and gave me the info I needed to rent beach chairs and umbrella. Which you're going to need that sun is hot. The beach is a quick walk down the road and the pool is one building away. We had a super time cant wait to go back.

A very well maintained unit! Just as described and very comfortable. The only complaint was the noisy ceiling fan in MB . We would recommend this property to others!

Lovely home

This villa was perfect! I traveled with my mom and two teen daughters. The villa was the perfect size and we had plenty of room for all of us and then some. The lagoon and was fun to look at and see fish and turtles. The beach is just a short walk and really easy to manage with the paved sidewalks and deck ramp to the beach. Alec was the manager we communicated with and he was very helpful with all of our needs! We will be back agin!

Awesome week!

My husband and our two young boys had a wonderful week at the Lagoon Villas! The pool was so convenient and the walk to the beach was short and easy. Having the beach cart was an awesome perk, and the villa was open with plenty of space to relax indoors and outdoors!
