This is one of the cleanest, most quiet hotels we have stayed in. They don't bother you. The room is set up so nicely you don't mind stepping outside to smoke. Dewey at the front desk was very nice and extremely helpful.

staff was nice at check in and the room is cute, but there was some bugs like cockroaches and spiders. there's also a little bit of mold in the shower. other than that it was a nice place

There were roaches in the room, they were doing construction next door to me and the workers were there until 930 at night , singing loud and out drinking beer.

I was bitten by bed bugs all over my body I trusted that the bed was clean the following morning I was bidding all over I must have had at least 13 bytes in my body The room look very clean when I came in but the bed was infested I had to the room for 28 days and I walked out by the second week cuz I couldn't take the bites in my body I try to get my money back and they won't give it back to me I explained to them what was the problem and they said they were going to look into it but they never did so for the four weeks that I was there I only stayed two weeks I had to go somewhere else

Possibly worst InTown or extended stay in America.

There were roaches everywhere, totally disgusting! The room was equipped with two flat old pillows, a pathetic excuse for a bed spread on a twin mattress when I had paid for a queen. Not to mention the mattress was on no box spring, just a knock off Ikea quality or less metallic stilts that had me and my partner unable to get more than a few hours of sleep at a time before we would need to get up and move around from the discomfort that the bed provided. The entire place was full of drug dealers “trapping,” so that people that weren’t guests were in and out of the parking lot at all hours. The guests that weren’t “in the game,” were hard working construction crews, mostly Mexican. No issues with them if you don’t mind mariachi music…if you don’t like it we’ll then your screwed from 4:30pm until 11pm weekdays and 9am until 11pm on the weekends, because it’s blasting from rooms all over the place. The vending machine, that’s right there’s only one of them, worked on and off. But at least there’s one, because there’s zero ice machines on the property. Good luck with the one elevator also. It functioned about 60% of the week, but even when working it would take 45 seconds to close the door, always attempting to close 3 times only to open completely back up each time as if there were an obstruction in the way, when there wasn’t any. On the fourth attempt to close the door would finally do so, but by then your holding your breath with fear of getting stuck. Never visit!!!

Bug city

The room had a lot of bugs in it. I bought bombs and bombed it the first day at lunch time. Bugs and bed bugs. Every day for a week I kept killing bugs when I turned on the light or walked into the room. This is not just this hotel. Extended stay next door have the same problem. I have stayed there on and off for almost a year and had to bomb every room as well. Also the furniture was very old and the room was not so clean as you would want it.
