Welcome to your Isle of Palms vacation retreat. Located only 125 yards from the beach this large, seven bedroom house offers resort like amenities, complete with a private pool, elevator, pool table, foosball table, firepit, rooftop deck, and great ocean views.

The first floor features a large kitchen with two refrigerators, stainless appliances, granite counter tops, plenty of storage, bar seating for five and hardwood floors. A billiard table is located just off of the kitchen and opens into the living area with three full sized couches. The dining area seats twelve people comfortably. There is an additional table that can accommodate four diners, or a perfect game table. A large Queen bedroom is found on the first floor with an attached full bathroom. A full sized laundry room is accessed off of the kitchen.

The second floor features four bedrooms, including the master suite. The Master bedroom offers a king sized bed and a sleeper sofa. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and whirlpool tub. The room also offers access to the over sized porch that overlooks the pool and has views of the ocean. The first guest room features two queen beds and a private bath and also offer access to the porch. The second guest room features a king bed and private bath. The fourth gust room features a king bed with a private bath.

The third floor is geared for kids and teenagers with two bedrooms each containing two full sized bunk beds, a full sized bathroom, the foosball table, entertainment area and rooftop porch that has great views of the ocean.

This location is perfect for enjoying the Isle of Palms local restaurants, pizza and ice cream parlors are all within a short walk. There is a large screened porch complete with comfortable outdoor furniture. In the fenced backyard you will find a BBQ grill, private pool, loungers, outdoor shower, and firepit.

NOTE: Elevator provides service from the garage to the top floor for convenience only. Elevator is not a ADA complaint nor a guaranteed amenity. Pool can be heated for a fee. Pool heat is meant to extend the seasons but it all depends on outside temperatures and is not applicable in cooler weather. Fireplace is not available for guest use. No Cable - just streaming services with personal log-ins needed.

RULES: No pets allowed. No smoking. MUST be 25 years or older NO exceptions.

INTERNET: High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is nonintegral to the agreement. No refund of rentals shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal references with regard to Internet service
