"Parking was fine. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean. Air conditioning worked well. Upon arrival to the room, the tv was on and the door was ajar. We were a little nervous to enter. However, we quickly realized no one was in the room. Just an oddity. Perhaps the cleaning crew was listening to music as they cleaned and then didn’t realize the door didn’t close behind them. No one tried to enter the room for the duration of our stay. This was not enough to change the rating of our stay. "

"We had booked a suite, when we checked in found out that the elevator was not working. Being handicapped I could not climb the stairs. The first floor only had regular rooms so we took one. I could not get a price adjustment going from a suite to a reg room because I booked through Expedia. We just ate the cost difference. I think we should have been notified that the elevator was out of service. Other than that the room was good."

"We have stayed here before and had no real issue with anything but this time our room temperature was impossible to control. It was either hot or cold. Additionally, a bathroom shelf was off the wall and it had not been repaired or replaced. One of the elevators has a down button that will not work - that was true last year as well. This is a clean and comfortable place to stay but it appears no one is focused on needed maintenance."

"Clean enough room, bathroom could use a mopping. Bed comfortable. Breakfast wasn't stocked well, and had to wait 20 minutes for the hot items to be refilled. The hardest part was checking in since the receptionist couldn't find my reservation and had to make new reservations. . We stayed there 1 week prior and didn't have any troubles. "

"The hotel can definitely use an update. As soon as you walk in there is a sign that says food delivery can’t come to your room which I think is crazy. The front desk clerk was okay. Not super friendly or welcoming. Housekeeping went ahead and cleaned our room and we hadn’t checked out yet. We had just took some things to the truck. Probably will not stay here again. But the beds were okay and it was semi clean not the cleanest. It was okay I’ll say that. "
