Surrounded by mature growth pine trees, the property offers a perfect combination of privacy and ski-on/off access to Berkshire East. In the summer & fall, you have on-site access to the resort’s mountain biking/white water rafting/zip line/mountain coaster & aerial adventure park.

Ascending upstairs you will be welcomed to the main living area with a newly renovated kitchen with quartz countertops, full appliance suite with a gas range, three-seat counter bar, and a gas grill on the front deck. This open concept floor flows into the dining area and living area, with cozy features such as wood fireplace and back deck overlooking trees and a peaceful stream. This level also offers a large HD television with full channel access via Hulu, Bluetooth sound bar, and oversized dining table for family and friends. Off the kitchen is a newly renovated full bathroom.

The top floor has an additional two bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and the other with a queen and a twin bed, each with private decks overlooking another layer of trees and nature.
