Mooie plek, meer potentie
Het uitzicht kan nog heel veel beter als de bomen aan de overkant van de weg gekapt worden. Nu moet je er een soort langs zien te kijken en daardoor maakt de woning zijn potentie nog niet helemaal waar.

Nur bedingt empfehlenswert
Die Schlafzimmer sind gut, das Wohnzimmer ist total überladen. Die Küche und das Bad sind unterer Standard. Und die Zufahrt ist aufgrund mehrerer Baustellen eine Zumutung.

En choisissant cette villa, on choisissait plus l’emplacement que le bâti, mais nous avons eu les deux, malgré quelques arbres d’une parcelle voisine, la vue depuis la terrasse est époustouflante. En tant que résidence gérée par un organisme officiel, tous les occupants ont droit à un Riviera Card qui donne un accès gratuit à tous les transports en commun dans la zone de la Riviera.Et vu la proximité (relative) des deux arrêts du funiculaire, autant dire que nous en avons largement profité.

très belle endroit, lits très confortable, agréable maison mais malheureusement le four de la cuisine était en panne dommage car les restaurants tous fermés a cause du covid, et la télévision nous n'avions pas le mot de passe pour la faire fonctionner et d'après la liste toutes le chaines sont de langue allemande, et les serviettes de bains fournies manquaient cruellement d'adoucisseur

Pour l'endroit
Au dessus de Chardonne et des vignes, charmant petit village, magnifique vue. Tous les vitrages ont été refait mais le reste a vieillit. Malgré tout il y a une âme dans cette petite maison qui a du être bien habitée.

Schönes Haus
Wir genossen unsere Ferien in diesem ausreichend grossen Haus und fühlten uns wohl. Einige Mängel sind zu erwähnen: Hecken und Bäume zu hoch für eine gute Seesicht, 2. Bad eher eine Waschküche, sehr übelriechend durch den Abfluss, für geringe Ansprüche i.O., kaum freier Platz im ganzen Haus für die eigenen Kleider und Vorräte, da alle Schränke übervoll, sehr steiler Aufstieg zum Funiculair, nicht geeignet für Behinderte, ältere Menschen oder Schwangere

Sehr angenehm, grandiose Aussicht
Schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung, tolle Aussicht auf See und Berge. Für die Anfahrt muss man sich auf sehr steile Straßen gefasst machen. Aber es lohnt sich.
