"Great location, lovely next to the water and close to the town centre. Could sleep many people. Check in straightforward and good communication. Wasn’t fully cleaned before we arrived, bathrooms were clean though. Ashtrays not emptied, we’re not smokers, and floors not swept/vaccuumed. Advertised as two bedrooms, but one of these is open to the house with no door, and two of the beds in this space are mattresses on the floor. "

"Very good location, but overall the experience was terrible. Poor communication, difficulty coordinating arrival and departure. The worst factors were these: apparently there is fine print in the reservation that states you will be charged extra (and expected to pay in cash) for use of towels and bedding. Absolutely absurd and I’ve never encountered this anywhere else I have stayed, which has been many places. We ended up bringing our own bedding which was a pain. We also just didn’t have hot...
