The property was very clean and well managed. The only problem I found was that the restaurant closed at 2 pm, and the room service was not good. I would stay there again.

Very welcoming and well equipped. Would recommend it to anyone! Gated hotel gave extra piece of mind when it came to security. Views were amazing!! And the restaurant at the top of the hotel was just as amazing! Great food and great views

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The atmosphere was relaxing, and everything was well taken care of. The pools were beautiful—clean, refreshing, and a great place to unwind. The staff were incredibly attentive and kind, always making sure guests felt comfortable and taken care of. It really made a difference in the overall experience. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained, which I truly appreciated. You can tell they put a lot of effort into keeping everything in great shape. Overall, I had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again!

Not busy during week except on weekends. Heated pool very much appreciated. Pool side furniture not comfortable. Not close to shops so a car is required and it’s located very close to busy and noisy highway.

Nice location.

We stayed in one of the villas. The parking was pretty tight. Being built on the side of the mountain can be tough! Had an issue with the water quality but management was very responsive to any issues. Had a kitchen but the cooking equipment was very limited was the only real issue. No corkscrew! The view from the restaurant is wonderful.

The food at this hotel is delicious, only issue is that I couldn’t download the menu and when I walked over to reception, the receptionist wasn’t much help, in spite of my Spanish being perfect. The WiFi was glitchy and slow. However, I was able to place a pool service order directly with the restaurant and everything after was perfect. The waiters and employees were very friendly and helpful. My children loved the pool and arrachera nachos that were absolutely delicious. Will definitely stay at Memora again

Good room no hassle or lag quick and easy way to get in and out of Chapala not in the middle of the town kinda feels like you disconnect from the Pueblo has good parking over all satisfied for the affordable price.

No frills type of place. Spotless and comfortable rooms. Good working air conditioning, heated pool and good breakfast. This is where the locals come stay and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
