Check in did not go smoothly as we did not have the gate & keybox codes when we arrived. Communication with the host was sporadic as she could only convo thru vrbo & did not want to text or...

"Much better than expected. Excellent remodeling of an old building. The bed was large and very comfortable. The bath/shower perfect in a spacious room. Toilets up & downstairs. Marvelous kitchen with everything that you would need/want. Large kitchen. Washer & Dryer great. Very close to town. Owner spoke English & was helpful with everything.We don't speak French. Three bedrooms(one with bunkbeds for kids) Stylish decor. Absolutely would stay again. "

"This hotel was perfect for my partner and I because it has a large carpark and is near the ring road. We were driving through France so it was an ideal base to stop in Rennes. We had to get a taxi into the city to explore it, but that was fine for us. It is a clean, well equipped and comfortable hotel and it's great value. The massive shopping centre nearby is a plus, but I would not visit this area of the city if you want to experience the culture and nightlife of Rennes."
