"The Hotel Le Corbusier is an architect's paradise affording a unique experience in this vertical city. With tremendous views to the sea and the mountains, the whole block is remarkably well preserved and has retained its integrity as an experimental way of being. The hotel must be applauded for its authenticity and for trying to keep the spirit of Le Corbusier alive. Don't be put off by the hotel's eccentric service. Marseilles is a wonderful city, and we received a warm welcome everywhere...

"The room was much older looking than the pictures. I did get a lovely view of the garden. But, the walls were full of marks. The bathroom seemed clean as well as the bedsheets but there was mold growing on the grout around the shower. The drawers in the bathroom were broken and hard to open. The small kitchen area was inside a closet which doors were hard to open and were dragging along the floor. "
