실수도 금방 잘 대처해주는 만족스런 호텔
"업그레이드 예약이 잘못되었는데, 바로 고객의 말을 신뢰하여 즉각 대처했어요. 나중에 업그레이드확인문자 보여주자 추가 서비스도 제공해주어서 만족해요. 예약을 하다보면 실수할 수도 있는 것인데, 거기에 상응하는 보상을 해주니 직원들의 듬직함에 다음에 또 이용하려고요."

객실보다 온천을 목적으로 한다면 추천합니다
"객실이 어둡고 관리가 소홀합니다. 가족탕 객실에 투숙했는데 여름이라 탕 열기 때문에 조금 힘들었는데 겨울에는 좋을 것 같습니다. 가족탕은 좋았고 대중탕도 매우 훌륭했는데 투숙객에게는 무료입니다. 결론 : 객실보다 온천을 목적으로 한다면 추천할만 합니다."

경치 좋고 물좋고 기분좋고 대만족
"가성비 좋은 펜션^^ 위치 경치 쥑이구요~ 정말 친절하시고 필요한거 바로바로 처리해주시네요~ 화장실은 리모델링해서 정말 깨끗하고, 계곡도 바로옆에다가 수심도 적당해서 너무 좋았습니다. 다만 한가지 아쉬운점은 다 똑같겠지만~ 밤에 벌레가 너무많이 달라들어서 에프킬라 엄청 쳤네요~ 10점 만점에,9점입니다!!!"
