"We arrived very late at night, and we were extremely satisfied with the room, the shower, and the overall service. Everything allowed us to have a truly restful and comfortable stay after a long journey. Although we didn’t have the chance to use other facilities this time, we would definitely look forward to staying here again in the future. The only small suggestion is that the hotel signage could be more visible at night. Even our driver had difficulty finding the hotel. It would be a pity for guests to miss such a great place simply because the sign is not easy to spot."

"Enjoyed the breakfast with lots of stir fry vegetables and congee. They have wifi in each room and worked well when it works. But it might have issue handling a whole workday of internet usage. Very convenient location being next to MRT station. Lobby staff are all very nice. "

"Requested housekeeping daily throughout our stay hence bed was made and new towels provided each day :) There was also some Taiwan snacks and drinks provided daily. Though the property itself seems to be a little old."

"I stayed there for 2 nights. On the 2nd day morning, I found a puddle of water in front of the room entrance inside the room. I notified the front desk. Then a custodian came, inspected the situation. She told me the bathtub was repaired before. The water probably came from the bathtub. She moped the place. There was still water coming out from beneath the vinyl tiles at that spot. The front desk staff told me since there was no extra room available for switching, I would either move out or stay there for the rest of the day/night."
