Sandeep is the most helpful person I’ve ever interacted with in a hotel. The room had enough space and the bathroom was good. So close to everything, a quick walk to the metro, and an excellent home base for a trip to Paris! We visited during the July heatwave and the hotel's AC was a true blessing. The staff were friendly and helpful, with plenty of recommendations when we asked. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable. We were always happy to return to our rooms at the end of a long day exploring the city. "We booked 2 twin rooms through expedia and when we arrived we were told that only one room was booked
Two of us had to get a single room at an extra cost of just under 30 euros each
I spoke to the manager the next morning and he is blaming expedia and told me i must ring them to get a refund

"Staff very helpful. Hotel is well located. Walkable to town centre. Good bar and other restaurants nearby. However, the building is looking tired. We booked this hotel because it came up after using a “pool” filter. In the event, there was no pool. And the fitness centre was closed."
