Literie confortable, les lits simple sont de largeur 90.Le logement n'est pas adapté aux personbes a mobilité réduite : marche de 16 cm entre le séjour et la cuisine et seuil de 4 cm entre le séjour et la chambre à rdc.Le sol de la chambre a rdc est dégradé et provoque un risque de chutes.
