"Arrived at accommodation but no-one there to check us in & had to go to another hotel and pay for another stay. N.26 claimed to have sent email with check-in instructions prior but I have not been able to locate said email. Plus if there was an issue they could have rang! very poor- take your money and run. They cancelled the booking on the day of our arrival meaning to ensure we would get no refund. Absolute fraudsters"

"Without being noticed , i found out that the location of the accomodation would be unknown until the day of arrival in Livigno. This is a issue that gives you the greatest discomfort .
