Nice room with spectacular views of the Osorno volcano, good breakfast, short walk to downtown. Seafood restaurant Casa Valdes next door was fantastic as well:

Cabañas Ensenada Bosque Nativo
A very rustic accommodation, really enjoyed the fire and being in the forest. A little rough around the edges (marks on sheets, dirty kettle in the kitchen, bathroom in need of an upgrade) but if you value atmosphere and a camping feel worth a stay.
