The staff at the hotel were very considerate. The two times they forgot something, they were very apologetic and went out of their way to make up for it. It would have been nice to have an iron in my room, though.

The location of this hotel is what sold me. Nearly everything is in walking distance. If you find it hard to walk there is taxis right outside.
