"Rooms were clean and property was too. The fitness center was down, and THE POOL WAS OUT OF ORDER!!! Breakfast was really good. But I noticed that there was never anyone at the front desk. I called and got no answer. "

"Found bed bugs the morning we were checking out. The room over all looked clean the beds looked clean sheets had been changed but waking up the next morning my child had a lot of bites and there was a bed bug on the wall where it had climbed out from behind the head board. "

"Quaint & homey style.. covered patio with rocking chairs. Staff were kind and professional. Carpet in hallways and our room looks new and clean. Establishment smells clean. Location is easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and major freeway. Price is affordable. I will be back and highly recommend this Best Western on Hwy 35 Waco."

"Ratings are way off. This is a very inexpensively maintained property. Staff was kind, but minimal. Hotel is more of a motel. Great for the construction workers who seemed to be working in the area. Not great for white collar. Room was dark and dirty."
