"The breakfast was cold, even the hot items. The waffles were good if you wanted to wait 15 minutes for your turn to make one. Ceiling tiles were falling down from water damage. On the storms that happened, one of my night's present, water was coming in through the wall above the window and dripping on the floor. I could tell that it was a long-standing problem because the curtains were covered in mold. In the room itself. It felt damp and wet, there was also only one garbage can. None of the outlets on the lamps worked, except for one outlet by the bathroom. Bathroom everything else was inaccessible. There were not enough pillows and blankets, and when we requested more they were out because the hotel itself was sold out and everybody was asking for more. For planning purposes, if you choose to use this hotel, each bed only has three or four miniature pillows and one sheet and one fleece blanket. We were freezing at night so we turned on the heat, but quickly turned it off because it smelled like it was burning. The fixtures itself seems like they were falling apart: the faucet was loose, the toilet paper roll insert and holder fell out every time you pulled for more toilet paper, and the outside side door would randomly lock people out because the latch was loose and very clearly falling out. I stayed here last year, and it was not nearly this bad. Is that they painted the swimming pool room. The pool and hot tub were nice. Unfortunately, that's about all I have nice to say"
"Room itself was clean. Most of the staff was great. Parking was supposed to be $20 a day, they charged me $40 on our one night stay. The parking garage itself damaged the roof of my truck because it was so low. I have a 1500 1/2 ton pickup, no lift and standard tires so be careful!"
"We were staying for the Midwest Horse Fair and it was perfect. Close by, only a 20 minute drive. Spent a lot of time in the hot tub which was wonderful after walking the fair all day. I would stay again!"
"Unfortunately, I left on Saturday due to my sore hip. My only issue was that the hot water took a while to warm up. But, in any large building, it takes time for the heat to flow. Otherwise, it was a nice Hotel."
