"We were to check in at 12pm. We arrived the facility at about 3pm. The rooms were still dirty at the time of arrival, they finally got cleaned at 5pm. The hot water was not functional. Staff attitude to work was horrible. They appeared less concerned to our plight and were very slow towards their duties. "

Having a kitchen allowed me to stay in if I wanted, but the apartment was also close to bars and restaurants.
