When we walked in the bed was unmade.. which made me question if it was changed at all after previous guests.. when we moved bed cover there was someone’s t-shirt… NO towels at all, no fridge/coffee/microwave (just be aware) and AC made a huge puddle on the floor only after several hours running. ...

This hotel worked for us in that it was roughly halfway on our journey to the south of France. The staff were very friendly and helpful on check-in. The hotel itself is quite tired and needs some modernisation. Restaurant was not open the evening we were there but the Local town of Avallon had plenty ...
