"Great was welcomed and upgraded on arrival, to a room with air con, staff were very friendly and helpful, the only negative is I felt that the breakfast was overpriced, however it was presented very well and each day was a different treat. "We have stayed here five times in the last three years. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and all different. Dinner was delicious and breakfast absolutely fabulous. As was the very very nice woman serving/managing our breakfast. Late October - mid November the deciduous woodland surrounding the Hotel is absolutely stunning. Best time of the year to go for tree and autumn lovers. Herons clearly love it too! Driving thro' Gelderland is a joy and finding yourself in Kasteel Engelenburg is the icing on the cake- Just lovely! ( and we do not play Golf!) "
