"Front desk staff are very friendly. The room condition was not the best. The bathroom shower had a leak that. I reported and no one showed up as promised . There was a nasty buildup of mold at the outside of the shower base that hasn't been cleaned or overlooked. "

First principle for hospitality business: please your customers, not yourself. Why not gentle pan music, or guitar, piano? You are in Trinidad, set the right mood!"

"Hands down the worst hotel experience. They 'lost' one of the bookings for our party, so everyone had to pile into my room--including a child-- in the wee hours of the morning while I contacted Expedia, who mercifully was able to get them to actually recognize and respect our booking, which I had verified by phone and email before arrival. It smells like a scam around Carnival, though we were not there for carnival. Buyer beware as you may show up and they may have no record of your booking (wink wink) then try to charge you nearly a thousand US per night. Shameful. Then when called on it the hotel manager, after admitting a 'glitch' must have cancelled the reservation, denies via email that there was ever any evidence of an issue. Never in all my days... Buyer beware."

"We stayed at this hotel for two (2) nights had a battery of issues from very poor customer service from restaurant staff member, "Melissa" who was very rude and impolite. On our second night we had change rooms due to another booking. We were offered a room with a smelly odor and another with an electricial issue. The reception clerk made her best efforts to find us a functional room. Eventually a third room was located but it too, had a leak in the bathroom under the face sink with an odor. The internet was non-functional for both days. Staff like "Moriah" and others at the reception area including "Alissa" at the restaurant were friendly, helpful and hospitable, inspite of the terrible service offered by "Melissa" at the restaurant on Friday 27 February 26. This hotel and it's surroundings is in need of a general upgrade. Dissatisfied customer. "

"Do not recommend. When we arrived the man was rude took us to 2 rooms that had no sheets or pillows. The rooms had a funny smell. The 3rd room was better but not good had sheets fridge that didn’t work. No covers just a thin sheet. Only good thing was the driver with the gold teeth who ran me to the store. This place shouldn’t be listed on this site. It doesn’t meet anyone standards "
