"Close to Ubon Uni. Rooms for 3k baht a month. Very friendly staff. An apt that hàs rooms for daily rent. Room was a bit musty but cleared up after a/c ran. Some chill ants, small. Happens. No real bother. Very comfy bed and quiet efficient a/c. little porch area. No elevator. Was on floor 2."
