It did everything a hotel needed to do, and it hit all the important criteria. The matresses were new, the lobby looked new, the front desk lady was nice. Some things seemed a little old and run-down like the hallway carpets and the bathroom shower, but everything seemed clean. My room had a microwave, fridge, and AC, which all worked fine. They said their tvs were down but they seemed intent on fixing it. Also their wifi was a little spotty, but I could still use it in certain parts of my room. Overall, if you want a cheaper, clean, comfortable hotel room and don't mind things being a little older, this is the place for you!

We were camping when a storm came through and we needed somewhere to stay last minute and didnt want to spend alot for just a few hours. This place was perfect for what we needed. It was clean enough and the beds were comfortable enough. Front desk staff was friendly. Breakfast included was nice to be able to grab on the way out. We had some coffee and the kids had cereal and waffles and fruit.

The whole place needs to be upgraded. Our room was clean. Tv was terrible. The lady at the desk was very nice and friendly.

The property was pet friendly and decently priced but staff seemed overwhelmed. Room was booked for 4 people. We were given 2 bath towels and 3/4 of a roll of toilet paper. Door was missing security lock and shower curtain.

The staff was nice. Room was clean. Motel was in need of repair and updates. Our toilet flusher was broken, the handle came off the shower, and the ice machine didnt work. The lobby was hot, carpeting was coming up and paint was chipping. Pool was closed off and being used as a storage area

Decent motel for short stay. LIKES - price, proximity to highways, and room size. DISLIKES - No elevator to my 2nd floor room, ice machine not working, and when I was checking in a family was leaving (instead of checking in) because their 1st floor room had bed bugs. Fortunately I didnt experience bed bugs. Breakfast options were cold cereals, some fruits, really hard bagels, waffle batter and a waffle iron, individually packaged yogurts, and fruit juices, coffee pot, and a large "community" bar of cream cheese in the fridge.

The tub faucet handle came off in my hand, the bathroom light didn't work. They did come and fix it so that I could get ready for the day. There was nowhere to hang your clothes. The bed was very comfortable though .

Shabby and Not Worth the Price

The good things: the staff was nice, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was okay. The bad things were more significant: an overall shabby look, dirty hallway carpets, the ice machine was out of order, the refrigerator in my room did not work, and even at the breakfast there were no plates big enough for the waffles that you could make. For the price that was charged, it was a big disappointment.

Well..... its cheap. Comforter was stained. Didst see any bed bugs. Bed was hard. But. .... it's a $50 hotel so expectations weren't high. Good enough for one night

Not a pleasant stay

The check in process was easy and the room appeared clean with the exception of several flies in the room. I spent n hour chasing them down and killing them. The beds were not comfortable. The window to our room didn't have a screen and the air conditioning unit was old and noisy. On my next trip through Chadron I will choose a different hotel.

What a dive!

What a dive. When we checked in our room, we had no towels or washcloths. The kleenex holder was empty and there was still hair in the drain of the shower. There was no guide for the tv and the selection was short and terrible of channels to watch. Do not plan to stay there again, though the staff was friendly and helpful.

Check in was slow. Slight language barrier. The bed was very hard. The shower handle came off in my hand. When I reapplied it to turn the shower on, the water never got above room temp. The ice machine was broken. The cream for the coffe was curdled. Besides that.....

Trash all over parking lot, place is falling apart staff speaks very little English and rooms were not good.. I knew it was a cheaper hotel when I booked it but they should charge half the rate that they do for that place
