Friendly staff and fantastic location

The hotel is nice and well-located. It is under renovation, so walking around the property was a bit uncomfortable.

Clean room, lovely staff who answered all our questions about Paris-especially how the Metro worked. My room fulfilled more than what was expected. The Hôtel location is brilliant.

Our stay at the Gramont was wonderful. We couldn’t have asked for better. The hotel is very centrally located, close to big boulevards, monuments, department stores, and a short walk from metro stations. It is close to lots of busy restaurants and bars while at the same time being on a quiet and calm section of the street. It’s a lively neighborhood and still feels safe. If you’re a fan of Asian food, you will find many Japanese and Korean restaurants and snack bars, as well as more traditional French cuisine. For us the location was perfect. Our room was spotless, sheets and towels immaculate. We arrived too early to check in and the receptionist took care of our luggage while we started exploring the city. When we returned our bags were already in our room. We were delighted to find that our room had a small terrace overlooking the street and the Paris rooftops. We found the staff to be friendly, discreet and reliable. We had a small issue with the drain in the shower on the first day - it was fixed by the time we returned to the hotel. They gave us great recommendations for sightseeing and took care of reserving our taxi for the flight home. Wifi was reliable - we had no issues at all. We didn’t try the hotel breakfast but we started each morning with a complimentary cappuccino or espresso - there is a coffee machine in the lobby. The 2nd arrondissement was perfect for us first-time visitors to Paris. The hotel was perfect and helped make our stay magical. Thanks Gramont!

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel—it’s perfectly situated within easy reach of must-see attractions like the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Museum, and the Champs-Élysées. The staff were warm and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Plus, being so close to a variety of fantastic local restaurants was a huge bonus. Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore the city with convenience and comfort! Can't wait to go back
